Physio and coaching share notes
If Chris treats you, your coach sees the plan. Nobody has to guess what the other one said, and you never have to repeat your history twice.
The Team
We could all claim to do everything. We would all be slightly worse at it. Each of us goes deep on one area, and we hand people between us when the goal changes — so you get the person who spends their whole week on the thing you need.

Head of Strength & Movement
Best for: people who want to get genuinely strong without their body complaining about it.
I care about how you move before I care about how much you lift. Most people I work with have carried a niggle or a bad habit for years, and once we clean that up the numbers look after themselves.
My sessions are quiet and deliberate. You will always know why you are doing something, and you will leave with a plan for the days I am not standing next to you.

Head of Muscle & Physique
Best for: changing how you look, with a plan you can actually live alongside your job.
I have spent most of my career on body composition, and the honest answer is that it comes down to a handful of things done consistently. My job is to work out which handful applies to you.
I will ask about your week before I write anything. If the plan does not survive a busy Thursday, it is the wrong plan, and I would rather find that out now than in six weeks.

Head of Athletic Performance
Best for: sport, speed and the kind of fitness that shows up on a pitch or a start line.
I specialize in bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and high-level strength training. My coaching philosophy centers around a simple truth: everyone can train to a high level, and no one should have to accept limitations in their movement or live with daily pain. Movement is for everyone. Whether you are an elite competitor looking to maximize performance or someone struggling with a persistent injury, my goal is to get you moving at your absolute best so you can reap the benefits in your daily life.
We test, we track, and we adjust.

Head of Physiotherapy
Best for: pain, injury, and getting back to training without starting the cycle again.
Most people arrive having been told to rest. Rest is rarely the whole answer. I assess properly, explain what is actually going on, and give you something to do about it.
Because the gym is next door, treatment does not end when you leave the table. I hand over to the coaching team so your rehab and your training say the same thing.

Goals move. When yours does, we move you to whoever is best placed for it, with the work so far handed across rather than started again.
Pick whoever appeals. If the fit is not right, say so and we will change it without any awkwardness. It happens, and it is fine.
