Andy - Head of Transformation

Powerlifting Records, Natural Bodybuilding Competitions and High Level Rugby - Andy’s own background informs his personal training styles and physiological understanding.

Nowadays he specialises in body transformations! If you are struggling to drop some body fat and build some muscle, he will not just show you how to achieve these goals and guide you through the process, he will also give you the tools to make the necessary life changes to cement the progress made.

Chris - Head of Rehabilitation

NHS, Premiership Rugby and Private Clinics - Chris has been there and done it all! Currently Chris is a senior member of the Bath Rugby team, keeping the players match fit and winning games! He really is at the top of his field in diagnosing the cause of your pain and constructing a rehabilitation process to get you back to full fitness.

Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Movement Analysis, Physical Assessments, Rehabilitation and Pain Management - Chris can do it all!

Fin - Head of Performance

Elite Hockey, GB Rowing and Anatomy Studies - Fin comes from a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is just as confident coaching athletes to stronger and faster performances as he is fixing their hamstrings.

Fin doesn’t just work with elite performers, he has spent years helping the rehabilitation of countless clients from all kinds of backgrounds.
